Details of Participation

Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them. No purchase is necessary to enter contest or redeem prizes. Contest commences 11 October 2010 at 9:00am AEST and entries close 18 April 2011 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries not received by that time or not completed in accordance with these Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.

Total Prize: Valued at up to AUD$24,000 consisting of AUD $5,000 cash and 100,000 'One-Time' Credits.

Prizes: Five prizes to be given away. All five winners to receive both AU$1,000 cash and 20,000 'One-Time' Credits valued up to AUD$3,800 each (based on $0.19 per Credit), awarded from drawings on 09 November 2010, 21 December 2010, 01 February 2011, 15 March 2011 and 26 April 2011. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state/territory, where relevant. All prize values correct at time of printing.

Who Can Enter: Contest is open to WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Owners aged 18 years or over who are residents of Australia, Fiji or New Zealand. Employees and/or associates of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham and the Promoter, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd ABN 30 090 083 613, are not eligible to win.

How to Enter: Competition can be entered by Owners completing a referral sheet and referring at least one other person with a valid contact number to go in the draw. Owners will receive one entry into the draw for each valid friend referred. Owners must return referral sheets by mail/fax/email to the Owner Referral Department or can refer friends and enter online at www.worldmarksp.com/friendsfirst. Owners can also enter when contacted by the Owner Referral Department if the Owner provides at least one referral. At least one entry will be received for every name submitted as a referral.

Prize Terms & Conditions:

Cash: Prizes will be issued in the form of a bank cheque.

Credits: Prizes will be issued in the form of 'One-Time' Credits and are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Booking(s) using 'One-Time' Credits must be made within 12 months of draw date(s) and travel can be taken up to 13 months in advance for WorldMark South Pacific Club resorts, subject to availability. 'One-Time' Credits can be spread over more than one booking but must be used within the applicable expiry date. Winners will assume all responsibility and costs for any and all amounts that may become payable in excess of the 'One-Time' Credits to complete their bookings and/or stays. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of 'One-Time' Credits. Neither the Promoter nor WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham accepts any responsibility or liability for any portion of the prize not being redeemed by the expiry date. 'One-Time' Credits are for one time use and will not be permanently added to your WorldMark South Pacific Club Ownership, and cannot be held in your account or carried forward. When using these 'One-Time' Credits, you must abide by the One-Time Credit Guidelines and the WorldMark South Pacific Club Guidelines and Regulations (refer to Guidelines and Regulations at the back of the WorldMark South Pacific Club Resort Guide). These Guidelines and Regulations hold details about the use of these 'One-Time' Credits including the applicable reservation and cancellation policies. Please note that under the Guidelines and Regulations no reservation requests will be confirmed if an Owner is delinquent in the payment of WorldMark South Pacific Club levies or any amount owed to WorldMark South Pacific Club under the agreement for purchase of Vacation Credits. 'One-Time' Credits can be used to complete a reservation where you do not have sufficient Credits in your account, however if used in this instance additional housekeeping fees may be charged. Winners are responsible for all costs associated with any use of 'One-Time' Credits, including but not limited to costs for passports, travel transfers, visas, spending money, items of a personal nature, travel insurance, taxes, licensing and/or duties.

Prize Draws: Prizes guaranteed to be given away by random drawing. Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Entries for each draw must be received by the Promoter seven days prior to drawing dates. Entries not received seven days prior to the draw dates are ineligible to win. All entries received will roll over into subsequent prize draws. Winners will not be excluded from subsequent draws. Neither the Promoter nor any of their agencies or affiliates are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. Draws and redraws will be conducted at 130 Bundall Road, Bundall QLD 4217 at 2:00pm AEST on the draw dates. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event a draw date falls on a non-business day, the draw will take place on the next business day. If prizes are not claimed within three months of final draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 26 July 2011 subject to any written directions given under the South Australian Lottery and Gaming Regulations.

Notification: Winners will be notified in writing by mail (in accordance with the timeframes as determined by the applicable Legislation and Regulations) and contacted by phone or email where possible and all winners names will be published in The Australian newspaper on 17 November 2010, 29 December 2010, 09 February 2011, 23 March 2011 and 04 May 2011. Winners of redraws will be advised in writing and published in The Australian newspaper on 03 August 2011 (if applicable), published in Destinations South Pacific magazine and posted on www.wyndhamvrap.com . Promotion: By entering this competition, all prize winners agree to the use of pictures, names and/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
