Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation & entry is deemed as acceptance of them. Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary to enter contest or redeem prize. Contest commences 07/07/10 & closes 04/07/11 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries not received by that time, entered or completed in accordance with these Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.

Prize: 1 x AUD$500 Coles Group and Myer Gift Card drawn on 02/08/11. Total Prize Value: AUD$500. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State/Territory, where relevant.

Who Can Enter: Contest is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, aged 18 years & over. Employees &/or associates of WorldMark South Pacific Club & the Promoter are not eligible to win.

How to Enter: Only the Promoter may enter a participant. All participants entered by the Promoter are database leads held and contacted by the Promoter during the Promotional period. Participants are entered automatically.

Prize Conditions: Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Winners will assume all responsibility and costs for all amounts that may become payable in excess of the amount of the Gift Card awarded and any, taxes, licensing &/or duty that may be payable on the prize or use of the prize will be the responsibility of the prize winner. The use of all Gift Cards will be subject to the individual Terms and Conditions that may be imposed by the stores where the voucher is redeemable. Prize must be fully redeemed within 12 months from date of issue. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any portion of the prize not being redeemed by 12 months from date of issue. All prize values correct at time of printing.

Prize Draw: Prize guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all versions of this contest. Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Data base Participants not contacted by the Promoter during the promotion 28 days prior to drawing dates are not entered in the contest and are ineligible to win. Neither the sponsors nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. Draws & re-draws will be conducted at 130 Bundall Road, Bundall Qld 4217 at 2pm AEST on the draw dates. The Promoter's decision is final & no correspondence will be entered into. In the event a draw date falls on non-business day, the draw will take place on the next business day. All non-winning entries received will roll over into subsequent draws if applicable as solely determined by the Promoter. If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the final draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 02/11/11.

Notification: Winner will be notified in writing by mail (in accordance with the timeframes as determined by the applicable Legislation and Regulations). The winner's name will be published on http://www.wyndhamvrap.com/ & respectively in The Australian Newspaper on 10/08/11. The Winner of the redraw will be published in The Australian Newspaper on 09/11/11 (if applicable). Promotion: Prize winner must agree to the use of pictures, names &/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any communication medium for future promotional, marketing & publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
