Total Prize Value: AU$5,000. Winner to receive their choice of the following: 1 X Travel by Wyndham holiday certificate valued at AU$5,000; or 1 X Coles Group and Myer Gift Card valued at AU$5,000; or a combination of 1 X Travel by Wyndham holiday certificate and 1 X Coles Group and Myer Gift Card where the combined value of the certificate and the Gift Card does not exceed AU$5,000 jointly. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State/Territory, where relevant. All prize values correct at time of printing.

Who Can Enter: Contest is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, USA & Canada aged 18 years & over who submit an eligible entry. Only one competition entry is permitted per household. Employees &/or associates of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham & the Promoter, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 30 090 083 613), are not eligible to win.

How to Enter: Competition can only be entered by completing an entry form in full: online via the Promoter's websites www.winholidaynshop.com.au, or www.winholidaynshop.co.nz or in writing at the Promoter's promotional stand or via an Alliance Partner. Use of this form, promotional material or any other competition information without prior written consent by the Promoter constitutes illegal use.

Prize Conditions: Prize is not transferable or exchangeable & cannot be taken as cash.

Coles Group and Myer Gift Card: Winners will assume all responsibility & costs for all amounts that may become payable in excess of the amount of the Gift Card awarded & any, taxes, licensing &/or duty that may be payable on the prize or use of the prize will be the responsibility of the prize winner. The use of the Gift Card will be subject to the individual Terms & Conditions that may be imposed by Coles Group and Myer. Prize must be fully redeemed within 12 months from date of issue.

Travel by Wyndham holiday certificate: Travel Certificate may be redeemed through Travel by Wyndham only & used as either full or partial payment for any travel products provided by Travel by Wyndham (ABN 71 090 106 077 QLD Licence No. TAG1753). All Travel products including flights & accommodation are subject to availability & travel must be taken within 12 months of draw date. Should the value of the travel voucher not be redeemed in full by the expiry date the remaining balance is forfeited. Government taxes & fees are not included. Once booking is made, any amendments or cancellations will incur a fee. Amendments & cancellations are to be paid in cash. Transfers, meals (except is provided as part of a package), spending money and all items of a personal nature are also not included. Additional transport costs and transfer fees are not included. Winner will assume all responsibility & costs for all amounts that may become payable in excess of the amount of the Travel Voucher awarded along with passports, visas, travel insurance, taxes, licensing &/or duty that may be payable on the prize or in conjunction with the use of the prize. The use of the travel voucher will be subject to the individual Terms & Conditions that may be imposed by Travel by Wyndham. Neither the Promoter nor Travel by Wyndham accepts any responsibility or liability for any portion of the prize not being redeemed by the expiry date. Prize Draws: Prize guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all versions of this contest. Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Entries for the prize draw must be received by the Promoter 28 days prior to the draw date. Entries not received 28 days prior to the draw date will be ineligible to win. Neither the Promoter, nor any of their agencies, are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. Draws & re-draws will be conducted at 130 Bundall Road, Bundall Qld 4217 at 2pm AEST on the draw dates. The Promoter's decision is final & no correspondence will be entered into. In the event a draw date falls on a non-business day, the draw will take place on the next business day. If the prize is not claimed within three months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Tuesday, 06 September 2011.

Notification: Winners will be notified in writing by mail (in accordance with the timeframes as determined by the applicable Legislation & Regulations) & contacted by phone or email where possible. The winners' names will be published on www.wyndhamvrap.com & respectively in The Australian newspaper on Wednesday 15 June 2011. Winners of redraws will be published in The Australian newspaper on Wednesday 14 September 2011 (if applicable). Promotion: The prize winner must agree to the use of their pictures, names &/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
