Details of Participation: Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation & entry is deemed as acceptance of them. No purchase is necessary to enter contest or redeem prize. Contest commences 01/09/11 & closes 01/12/11 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries not received by that time, entered or completed in accordance with these Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.

Total prize value: AUD$2,000Prizes: One prize only, winner to receive AUD$2,000 cash drawn on 08/12/11. Prize issued in the form of a bank cheque in the name of the winner. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State/Territory, where relevant

Who Can Enter: Contest is open to Australian residents of Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Victoria aged 18 years and over who submit an eligible entry. Only one competition entry is permitted per person. Employees and/or associates of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham and the Promoter, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 30 090 083 613), are not eligible to win.

How to Enter: Competition can only be entered by completing an entry form in full online via the Promoter's website www.competitionsbywyndham.com.au Use of this form, promotional material or any other competition information without prior written consent by the Promoter constitutes illegal use.

Prize Conditions: Winners will assume all responsibility and costs for all amounts that may become payable in excess of the amount awarded and any, taxes, licensing and/or duty that may be payable on the prize or use of the prize will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Prize is non transferrable. Please allow up to four weeks for the cheque to be issued and received. The winner must redeem their prize by cashing their cheque within 12 months of the relevant draw date, 08/12/11. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for the winner's failure to do so.

Prize Draws: Prize guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all versions of this contest. Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Entries for the prize draw must be received by the Promoter 7 days prior to the draw date. Entries not received 7 days prior to the draw date will be ineligible to win. Neither the Promoter, nor any of their agencies, are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. Draws and re-draws will be conducted at Wyndham Corporate Centre, 1 Corporate Court, Bundall at 2pm AEST on the draw date. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event a draw date falls on a non-business day, the draw will take place on the next business day. If the prize is not claimed within three months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 08/03/12.

Notification: Winner will be notified in writing by mail (in accordance with the timeframes as determined by the applicable Legislation and Regulations) & contacted by phone or email where possible. The winner's name will be published on www.wyndhamvrap.com & respectively in The Australian Newspaper on 14/12/11. The Winner of the redraw will be published in The Australian Newspaper on 14/03/12 (if applicable). Promotion: The prize winner must agree to the use of their pictures, names and/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter and its affiliates may use this information and/or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.

In the event that the entrant does not provide their contact details (residential & email) & telephone number(s) (work, mobile & home/private), the Promoter reserves the right to obtain those contact details & telephone number(s) from various sources made available in the public domain such as, but not limited to, publicly available directories & the entrant authorises the Promoter to contact them on those contact details & telephone number(s) for an indefinite period or until they opt out. From time to time the Promoter discloses its data base information (which contains personal information) for a fee to list brokers, list rental organisations & other organisations who comply with all applicable state & federal Privacy Legislation, which enables them to promote the services & products of their clients. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, contact details of entrants and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.
