Competition is open to Australian residents of Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Victoria aged 18 years or older.

Details of Participation: Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them. No purchase necessary to enter contest or redeem prizes. Contest commences Wednesday, 1 June 2011 at 12:00pm AEST and entries close on Wednesday, 31 August 2011 at 9:00am AEST. Entries not received by that date or not completed in accordance with these Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.

Prizes: 20 Minor prizes given away with a total retail value of AU$2,000. Drawn on Thursday, 08 September 2011 and guaranteed to be given away in the form of: 20 x AU$100 Coles Group and Myer Gift Cards. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for any prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State/Territory, where relevant.

Who Can Enter: Contest is open to Australian residents of Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Victoria, aged 18 years and over who submit an eligible entry. Employees and/or associates of WorldMark South Pacific Club and the Promoter, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 30 090 083 613), are not eligible to win.

How To Enter: Competition can only be entered by completing an entry form in full via a Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd promotion at www.competitionsbywyndham.com.au, or via a Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Alliance Partner. Use of this form, promotional material or any other competition information without prior written consent by the Promoter constitutes illegal use.

Prize Draws: Prize guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all versions of this contest. Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Neither The Promoter nor any of their agencies or affiliates are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. Draws & re-draws will be conducted at Wyndham Corporate Centre, 1 Corporate Court, Bundall QLD 4217 at 2pm AEST on the draw date. The Promoter's decision is final & no correspondence will be entered into. In the event a draw date falls on non-business day, the draw will take place on the next business day. All non-winning entries received will roll over into subsequent draws. If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the initial draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Thursday, 08 December 2011.

Prize Conditions: Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Winners will assume all responsibility and costs for all amounts that may become payable in excess of the amount of the Gift Card awarded and any, taxes, licensing &/or duty that may be payable on the prize or use of the prize will be the responsibility of the prize winner. The use of all Gift Cards will be subject to the individual Terms and Conditions that may be imposed by the stores where the Gift Card is redeemable. Prize must be fully redeemed within 12 months from date of issue. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any portion of the prize not being redeemed by 12 months from date of issue. All prize values correct at time of printing.

From time to time the Promoter discloses its data base information (which contains personal information) for a fee to list brokers, list rental organisations & other organisations who comply with all applicable state & federal Privacy Legislation, which enables them to promote the services & products of their clients. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, contact details of entrants and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Notification: Winners will be notified in writing by mail (in accordance with the timeframes as determined by the applicable Legislation and Regulations), and/or contacted by phone or email where possible. The winner's names will be published on www.wyndhamvrap.com and respectively in The Australian newspaper on Wednesday, 14 September 2011. Winners of redraws will be published in The Australian Newspaper on Wednesday, 14 December 2011 (if applicable).

Promotion: The prize winner must agree to the use of their pictures, names and/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any communication medium for future promotional, marketing & publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
