Details of Participation: Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation & entry is deemed as acceptance of them. No purchase necessary to enter contest or redeem prizes. Contest commences 15/12/11 at 12:00am AEST & closes 20/08/12 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries not received by that time or completed in accordance with these Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.

Total Prize Value: AUD$1,300.98 Prize: One prize only, winner to receive a Gold Coast Adventure awarded from drawing on 03/09/12. Winner to receive:

5 nights accommodation for two adults in a fully self-contained one bedroom hinterland & River View apartment at Wyndham Surfers Paradise
Buffet Breakfast (hot and cold) daily for two adults
1 day Dreamworld World Pass for two adults providing unlimited entry into both Dreamworld and WhiteWater World
55 minute Paradise Jet Boating adventure for two adults

If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State/Territory, where relevant.

Who Can Enter: Contest is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over who submit a valid entry. Only one entry is permitted per stay per room (if competition is entered upon check-in at a WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham or Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific property in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji) , or if competition is entered at the Promoter’s promotional stands only one entry per household is permitted. Employees &/or associates of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham & the Promoter Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 30 090 083 613), are not eligible to win.

How to Enter: Competition can be entered in writing upon check-in at a WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham or Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific property in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji by ticking the consent box on the Resort Registration Card or by completing an entry form in full at the Promoters promotional stand . No purchase is necessary to enter competition. Use of this form, promotional material or any other competition information without prior written consent by the Promoter constitutes illegal use.

Prize Conditions: Prize (in whole or in part) is not transferable or exchangeable & cannot be taken as cash. Accommodation is subject to availability & travel must be taken within 12 months of the draw date, or the redraw date. Once booking is made, any amendments or cancellations will incur a fee. Cancellations and amendments are to be paid in cash. Airfares, transfers, meals (except if provided as part of a package), spending money & items of a personal nature are also not included. Additional transport & transfer costs are not included. Extra guests will incur extra costs. Winners will assume all responsibility & costs for all amounts that may become payable in excess of the amount awarded and any, taxes, licensing &/or duty that may be payable on the prize or use of the prize will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Travel cannot be taken during school or public holidays. Neither the Promoter, nor any of their agencies or affiliates, accept any responsibility or liability for any portion of the prize not being redeemed by the expiry date. The Dreamworld World Pass and Paradise Jet Boating adventure is arranged and organised through third-party providers, and will be subject to the individual terms and conditions of use as determined by these providers. It is the Prize winner’s sole decision to participate in these experiences and they will do so at their own risk. The Promoter, affiliates, related entities or agencies will not be held liable for prize winner and their guests participation or failure to participate in these experiences. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state/territory, where relevant. All prize values correct at time of printing.

Prize Draws: Prize guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all versions of this contest. Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Entries for the prize draw must be received by the Promoter 14 days prior to the draw date. Entries not received 14 days prior to the draw date will be ineligible to win. Neither the Promoter, nor any of their affiliates, related entities or agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. Draws & re-draws will be conducted at the Promoters address at Wyndham Corporate Centre, Level 7 1 Corporate Court, Bundall, Qld 4217, at 2pm AEST on the draw date. The Promoter’s decision is final & no correspondence will be entered into. In the event a draw date falls on a non-business day, the draw will take place on the next business day. If the prize is not claimed within three months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 05/12/12.

Notification: Winners will be notified in writing by mail (in accordance with the timeframes as determined by the applicable Legislation & Regulations) & contacted by phone or email where possible. Winners' names will be published on www.wyndhamvrap.com/winners & respectively in The Australian Newspaper on 12/09/12. The Winner of the redraw will be published in the Australian Newspaper on 12/12/12 (if applicable). Promotion: The prize winner must agree to the use of their pictures, names and/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing & publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Any contact Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd has with entrants may be monitored and/or recorded for training and compliance purposes, and the entrant should advise us at point of contact if they do not wish this to occur.

Important Information: It is a condition of entry that each entrant must check the consent box. If the entrant has not given express consent to be contacted they will be removed from the competition. If an entrant retracts their consent during the promotional period the entrant will no longer be eligible to win.
