Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation & entry is deemed as acceptance of them. No purchase is necessary to enter contest or redeem prizes. Contest commences 23/01/12 at 9.00am AEST & closes 23/4/12 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries not received by that time, entered or completed in accordance with these Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.

Grand Prize: One grand prize only, winner to receive a MacBook Air 11-inch (64GB), valued at AUD$1099, drawn on 30/4/12.

Minor Prizes: Two minor prizes only, minor prize 1 winner to receive an iPod touch (8GB), valued at AUD$219, drawn on 27/2/12. Minor prize 2 winner to receive an iPad 2 (16GB), valued at AUD$579, drawn on 26/3/12.

Total Prize Value: AUD$1,897. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state/territory, where relevant. All prize values correct as at 14 December 2011.

Who Can Enter: Contest is open to Australian residents of Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Victoria aged 18 years and over who submit an eligible entry. Only one competition entry is permitted per person. Employees and/or associates of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham and the Promoter, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 30 090 083 613), are not eligible to win.

How to Enter: Competition can only be entered by completing an entry form in full online via the Promoter's website www.competitionsbywyndham.com.au. No purchase is necessary to enter competition. Use of this form, promotional material or any other competition information without prior written consent by the Promoter constitutes illegal use.

Prize Conditions: Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Winners will assume all responsibility and costs for all amounts that may become payable in excess of the amount awarded and any, taxes, licensing and/or duty that may be payable on the prize or use of the prize will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Please allow up to four weeks for the prize to be issued and received.

Prize Draws: Prizes guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all versions of this contest. Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Entries must be received by the Promoter 7 days prior to each draw date. Entries not received 7 days prior to each draw date will be ineligible to win. All non-winning entries will roll over into subsequent prize draws. Winners will not be excluded from subsequent draws. Neither the Promoter, nor any of their agencies, are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. Draws and re-draws will be conducted at Wyndham Corporate Centre, 1 Corporate Court, Bundall QLD 4217, at 2pm AEST on the draw dates. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event a draw date falls on a non-business day, the draw will take place on the next business day. If prizes are not claimed within three months of final draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 30/7/12.

Notification: Winners will be notified in writing by mail (in accordance with the timeframes as determined by the applicable Legislation and Regulations) & contacted by phone or email where possible. The winner's name will be published onwww.wyndhamvrap.com & respectively in The Australian Newspaper on 1/03/12, 30/03/12 and 3/05/12. The Winner of the redraw will be published in The Australian Newspaper on 6/8/12 (if applicable). Promotion: The prize winner must agree to the use of their pictures, names and/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter and its affiliates may use this information and/or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
